Day Trial Sample Clauses

Day Trial. If Customer is participating in Oracle’s free 30-Day Trial (for Oracle Business Edition only), this Agreement lasts thirty (30) days from date of service authorization. At the conclusion of the free 30-Day Trial, if Customer chooses not to purchase a Oracle subscription, Customer will immediately cease all use of the service, including the Oracle Software and any documentation.

Day Trial. This is not free software. Scooter Software hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days. Use of the Software beyond the thirty-day (30-day) trial period requires the purchase of a License Key as described below. Use of the Software beyond the thirty-day (30-day) trial period without purchase of a License Key is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. A unique key that will allow you to use the Software beyond the thirty-day (30-day) free trial period ("License Key") may be purchased from the Scooter Software website, which is currently xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. A License Key may be purchased for single or multiple users, all users at a named site, or an entire enterprise. A License Key is further categorized by feature set (Standard Edition or Pro Edition), and operating system platform (Windows Platform, Mac Platform, Linux Platform, or Multi Platform). A price list on the Scooter Software website details pricing for all license options. Upon purchase of a License Key, Scooter Software hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software with the applicable feature set on the applicable operating system platform as follows:

Day Trial. This, also known as the Evaluation, allows you to use the Application for approximately 14 days. This Evaluation begins when the Activation Code is entered into the Kepler4 Registration form, and will end approximately 14 days later. To continue using the Application beyond the Evaluation, a Full Licence must be purchased from ADMS. Any data stored in the Application during the Evaluation will not be deleted by ADMS at the end of the Evaluation period, but ADMS does not hold any responsibility for any lost data during the Evaluation.

Day Trial. Each new employee hired during the current academic year is eligible for a free 30-day trial membership with no purchase obligation. Employees can complete the trial membership application during their new hire orientation with the HR department or by visiting the recreation memberships department.

Day Trial. Key Metric Software hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software free of charge for a period of fifteen (15) days. Use of the Software beyond the fifteen-day (15-day) trial period requires the purchase of a License Key as described below. Use of the Software beyond the fifteen-day (15-day) trial period without purchase of a License Key is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. A License Key may be purchased that unlocks addition features within the Software. Upon purchase of a License Key, Key Metric Software hereby grants you a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software as follows:

Day Trial. The license granted to you is a 30- day license solely for your personal evaluation of the Software. After the expiry of the 30-day evaluation period, you will have the option to purchase for a fee, a license which will extend the time period for which you may use the Software. The cost and terms of this license fee will be made available on or before the expiry date of the 30-day evaluation period.

Day Trial. 3.1 Following your download of the Software a limited 14- day license is granted to you solely for your evaluation of the Software. Access during the evaluation period will be granted via a “trial license key” provided by MIPAR at the discretion of MIPAR. Any use of the Software after the expiry of the evaluation period (including, where applicable, any extensions) is not permitted unless the applicable fees are paid by Licensee. The terms and conditions of this XXXX apply in full during the evaluation period except that: (a) no Fees are payable; (b) the license granted to Licensee with respect to the evaluation version of the Software is non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable for the specified evaluation period only and limited to the purpose as stated in this Section 3; and (c) unless otherwise agreed by MIPAR in writing, limited support and maintenance services will be provided for non-production implementation only during the evaluation period.
