Prepaid Time definition

Prepaid Time is Time for which Customer is invoiced immediately following the full execution of the SO.
Prepaid Time means Time for which Customer is invoiced immediately after submitting an Order or otherwise before Netwrix begins work on the Project, each as stated in the Order or Project Document.

Examples of Prepaid Time in a sentence

  • Activities shall use Prepaid Time, if any, before non-Prepaid Time.

  • If Customer cancels the Engagement under a T&M SO once it has begun, for reasons other than those stated in the preceding sentence, it shall pay Provider for the remaining Time in the Engagement or, if applicable, forfeit the applicable Prepaid Time.

  • If Activities using Prepaid Time are performed after Normal Business Hours or on a weekend or Provider holiday Workday, one and one half (1.5) hours shall be used from the estimated Time for each hour Provider performs Activities outside of Normal Business Hours, the estimated Time shall be used at the rate of one and one half (1.5) Days for each weekend Workday on which Activities are performed and two (2) Days for each holiday Workday on which Activities are performed.

  • If Boomi terminates a Services Order due to Customer’s uncured breach of this Agreement, Customer shall pay Boomi all hours that Boomi has worked on Project Deliverables or Activities (as applicable) at Boomi’s then-current hourly rate and all expenses incurred by Boomi; and Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused Prepaid Time under the applicable SO.

  • Any Prepaid Time unused after twelve (12) months from the date of the full execution of the SO shall expire without the right of refund.

  • If Activities using Prepaid Time are performed after Normal Business Hours or on a weekend or Boomi holiday Workday, one and one half (1.5) hours shall be used from the estimated Time for each hour outside of Normal Business Hours, the estimated Time shall be used at the rate of one and one half (1.5) Days for each weekend Workday on which Activities are performed and two (2) Days for each holiday Workday on which Activities are performed.

  • Pre-paid Time and Materials will be billed 100% upon receipt of Customer PO.

  • Pre-paid Time and Materials will be valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance of a PO by Pegasus Technology.

  • Any Prepaid Time unused after twelve (12) months from the date of the full execution of the SO or following termination of the SO pursuant to Section Term and Termination shall expire without the right of refund.

Related to Prepaid Time

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

  • Eastern Time Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • flight time means, for aeroplanes and touring motor gliders, the time between an aircraft first moving from its parking place for the purpose of taking off until it comes to rest on the designated parking position and all engines or propellers are shut down;

  • Local Time means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in Dollars, New York City time and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Foreign Currency, London time.

  • Closing Date and Time means the deadline for the submission of Proposals as set out herein.

  • Prime Time in the Emergency Department is defined as the months of June, July and August and December.

  • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.

  • Voting Record Time means the time and date to be specified as the voting record time for the Scheme Meeting (or any adjournment thereof) in the Scheme Document;

  • Near Real Time means that Qwest's OSS electronically receives a transaction from CLEC, automatically processes that transaction, returns the response to that transaction to CLEC in an automatic event driven manner (without manual intervention) via the interface for the OSS function in question. Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives. Current benchmarks using TCIF 98-006 averages between two (2) and four (4) seconds for the connection and an average transaction transmittal. The specific agreed metrics for Near Real Time transaction processing will be contained in the Performance Indicator Definitions (PIDs), where applicable. "Network Element" is a facility or equipment used in the provision of Telecommunications Service. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.

  • Order Cut-Off Time means 10:00 a.m., New York time, on a Business Day.
