Prepayment Notices means, collectively, the Company Optional Prepayment Notices and the Change of Control Prepayment Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Prepayment Notice.”

Related to Prepayment Notices

  • Prepayment Notice means a notice by the Borrower to prepay Loans, which shall be in such form as the Appropriate Party may approve.
