Prepetition ABL Credit Documents definition

Prepetition ABL Credit Documents means the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement and all related agreements and documents executed by any of the Debtors in connection with the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement.
Prepetition ABL Credit Documents means the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement and each other Loan Document (as defined therein).
Prepetition ABL Credit Documents means the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement and each other Loan Document (as defined in the Prepetition ABLCredit Agreement).

  • Second Lien Credit Agreement means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, dated as of the Closing Dates thereof among the Borrower, the other Credit Parties from time to time party thereto, the Second Lien Lenders and the Second Lien Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated and/or modified from time to time subject to the terms thereof.

  • First Lien Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the New First Lien Obligations, including, without limitation, the New First Lien Agreement and the First Lien Security Documents.
