Prepetition ABL Loan Documents definition

Prepetition ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition ABL Agreement, as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date.
Prepetition ABL Loan Documents means, collectively, the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement and any certificates, agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements, documents, or instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection with the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement.
Prepetition ABL Loan Documents means each “Loan Document” as defined in the Prepetition ABL Credit Agreement, as amended, supplemented, modified, restated, renewed, refinanced or replaced, except to the extent prohibited by the Prepetition Intercreditor Agreement.
