Price and Reimbursement Approval definition

Price and Reimbursement Approval means any approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of any supranational, national, regional, state or local Regulatory Authority or other regulatory agency, department, bureau or governmental entity, necessary to determine or set the pricing of a Product, and/or its reimbursement level by the relevant health authorities, providers or other funding institutions, at supranational, national, regional, state or local level.
Price and Reimbursement Approval means the approval of the price and the reimbursement category (where relevant) for the Product and/or Optional Product as established from time to time by the relevant Regulatory Authority in the applicable country in the Territory.
Price and Reimbursement Approval means any governmental price approval or reimbursement approved by the applicable Regulatory Authority of any applicable country of the Territory under the approved national health insurance system. For the sake of clarity, in countries of the Territory where, according to local regulations, prices are formally determined before the application for reimbursement, Price and Reimbursement Approval shall be considered obtained when the final reimbursement price is approved.

  • Pricing and Reimbursement Approval means, with respect to a Product, the approval, agreement, determination, or decision of any Governmental Authority establishing the list price or level of reimbursement for such Product, as required in a given country or jurisdiction prior to sale of such Product in such jurisdiction.

  • Reimbursement Approval means an approval, agreement, determination, or other decision by the applicable Governmental Authority that establishes prices charged to end-users for pharmaceutical or biologic products at which a particular pharmaceutical or biologic product will be reimbursed by the Regulatory Authorities or other applicable Governmental Authorities in the Territory.

  • Price Approval means, in any country where a Governmental Authority authorizes reimbursement for, or approves or determines pricing for, pharmaceutical products, receipt (or, if required to make such authorization, approval or determination effective, publication) of such reimbursement authorization or pricing approval or determination (as the case may be).

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • Product Approval means the approval of a Governmental Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of the Product in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction, which may include the approval of an MAA (but shall not include any Pricing Approvals).

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.
