Price Materiality definition

Price Materiality means the Calculation Agent has determined that the Conversion Rate differs from the Fallback Conversion Rate by the Price Materiality Threshold Percentage or more (provided that if the Calculation Agent is unable to determine the Fallback Conversion Rate, the Calculation Agent may determine in its sole discretion whether a Price Materiality has occurred).
Price Materiality means the Primary Rate differs from the Secondary Rate by at least the Price Materiality Percentage.
Price Materiality means that, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the SER Primary Rate differs from any SER Secondary Rate by at least the SER Price Materiality Percentage or if there are insufficient responses on the relevant SER Valuation Date to any survey used to calculate any such rate, then the SER Price Materiality Percentage will be deemed to be met.

Price Materiality means, in respect of a BRL Valuation Date, that the EMTA BRL Industry Survey Rate is available on such date and that the BRL-PTAX Rate differs from the EMTA BRL Industry Survey Rate by more than 3 per cent.
Price Materiality means the Calculation Agent determines that, with respect to a Reference Currency, the Settlement Rate Option materially differs from any quote obtained by the Calculation Agent on the currency markets;
