Pricing Rate Reset Date definition

Pricing Rate Reset Date means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, (a) in the case of the first (1st) Pricing Period for such Purchased Asset, the original Purchase Date for such Purchased Asset, and (b) in the case of each subsequent Pricing Period, two (2) Business Days preceding the Remittance Date on which such Pricing Period begins.
Pricing Rate Reset Date. (a) In the case of the first Pricing Period for any Purchased Asset, the Purchase Date for such Purchased Asset, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Period, the related Pricing Period End Date on which such Pricing Period begins or on any other date as mutually determined by Buyer and Seller. The failure to communicate shall not impair Buyer’s decision to reset the Pricing Rate on any date.
Pricing Rate Reset Date. (a) In the case of the first Pricing Rate Period for any Purchased Loan, the Funding Date for such Purchased Loan, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, two (2) Business Days prior to the Payment Date on which such Pricing Rate Period begins.

Pricing Rate Reset Date means (a) in the case of the first Pricing Period for any Transaction, the Purchase Date for such Transaction, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Period, the date that is two (2) Business Days prior to the related Remittance Date for the immediately preceding Pricing Period.

Related to Pricing Rate Reset Date

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);

  • Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;

  • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • SOFR Reset Date means each United States Government Securities Business Day during the relevant Interest Period, provided however that if both a SOFR Index Cessation Event and a SOFR Index Cessation Date have occurred, it shall mean: (i) in respect of the period from, and including, the first day of the Interest Period in which the SOFR Index Cessation Date falls (such Interest Period, the ‘Affected Interest Period’) to, but excluding the SOFR Index Cessation Date (such period, the ‘Partial SOFR Period’), each United States Government Securities Business Day during the Partial SOFR Period; (ii) in respect of the period from, and including, the SOFR Index Cessation Date to, but excluding, the Interest Payment Date in respect of the Affected Interest Period (such period, the ‘Partial Fallback Period’), each New York City Banking Day during the Partial Fallback Period; and (iii) in respect of each Interest Period subsequent to the Affected Interest Period, each New York City Banking Day during the relevant Interest Period; and

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Interest Reset Date means, with respect to any Interest Period with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, the first day of such Interest Period; provided that if any Interest Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, that Interest Reset Date will be postponed to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day, except that if that Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Interest Reset Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Reset Period means each period from and including the First Reset Date to but excluding the next following Reset Date and thereafter from and including each Reset Date to but excluding the next following Reset Date;

  • Applicable Maturity means: (a) in relation to Screen Rate Determination, the period of time designated in the Reference Rate, and (b) in relation to ISDA Determination, the Designated Maturity.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.

  • Floating Rate Note means any Class A-2b Note.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and in New York City.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.
