Primary Affiliates means, as to any of TPG Parties, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Properties Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation. “Proceedings” shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1.5 above.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.
