Primary Servicer Reporting Date definition

Primary Servicer Reporting Date means the first Business Day after each Determination Date.
Primary Servicer Reporting Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(b) hereof.

  • The Primary Servicer shall deliver to the Master Servicer, no later than 5:00 p.m. New York City time on the Primary Servicer Reporting Date, by electronic transmission in the format reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Primary Servicer, the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, providing the required information as of such Determination Date.

  • The Primary Servicer shall deliver to the Master Servicer, no later than 5:00 p.m., New York City time on the Primary Servicer Reporting Date, by electronic transmission in the format mutually agreed upon by the Master Servicer and the Primary Servicer, the reports, statements and files required by the first paragraph of Section 3.12(d) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
