Prior Grantee definition

Prior Grantee means those third parties who have been granted a license to, or otherwise have a right, to the Transferred Software.
Prior Grantee means a person who is an employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company immediately prior to a Change in Control and who has been granted Awards under the Plan prior to such time, whether or not such Awards remain outstanding.
