Subgrantee definition

Subgrantee means third-parties, if any, engaged by Grantee to aid in performance of its obligations.
Subgrantee means a non-Federal Entity (or a Federal agency under an Award or Subaward to a non-Federal Entity) receiving Federal funds through a Prime Recipient to support the performance of the Federal project or program for which the Federal funds were awarded. A Subrecipient is subject to the terms and conditions of the Federal Award to the Prime Recipient, including program compliance requirements. The term does not include an individual who is a beneficiary of a federal program.
Subgrantee means the local education agency, school district, or other legal entity to which a subgrant is awarded and which is accountable to the State of New Jersey, Department of Education for the use of funds provided.
