Priority Agreement definition

Priority Agreement means the agreement between the Agent, the Banks, the Borrowers and the Agent and the lenders under the Junior Facility Agreement regulating the priorities and the rights of enforcement of security between the Banks and the lenders under the Junior Facility Agreement pursuant to paragraph 7 of Part 1 of the First Schedule;
