Priority Support Fees definition

Priority Support Fees means the fee charged to Client by CleanBrain for Priority Support Services.

  • If Client chooses to purchase Priority Support Services from CleanBrain, Client shall pay Priority Support Fees to CleanBrain as set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
