Pritzker Family definition

Pritzker Family means all of the lineal descendants of Nicholas J. Pritzker (deceased) and all of their respective spouses and former spouses and children.

Pritzker Family means (i) all natural and adoptive lineal descendants of Nxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, deceased, and their spouses; (ii) all trusts for the benefit of any Person described in clause (i) and the trustees of such trusts in their capacities as such; (iii) all legal representatives of any Person or trusts described in clauses (i) or (ii); and (iv) all partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies or other entities controlled by or under common control with any Person, trust or other entity described in clauses (i), (ii) or (iii). “Control” for purposes of this definition shall mean the ability to direct or otherwise significantly affect the major policies, activities or actions of any Person.

  • Family Member means spouse, father, mother, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, daughter-in-law or son-in-law.

  • Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
