Private Career College definition

Private Career College means a postsecondary education Institution offering vocational programs that is registered under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
Private Career College means an educational institution or other institution, agency or entity that provides one or more vocational programs to students for a fee and pursuant to individual contracts with the students, but does not include,
Private Career College means premises used by private post secondary in- stitutions that enter into contracts with individual students to provide one or more vocational training programs for a fee and are licensed in accordance with that applicable Provincial Act but does not include a commercial school.
