private party means a party to a PPP agreement, other than –
Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.
Private partner means any entity that is a partner in a public-private partnership other than:
Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.
Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).
Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.
Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.
Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;
Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.
Third Party Owner means any person who is the legal or beneficial owner (including a Lessor) of any Assets used or occupied by, or in the possession of the Deed Company as at the Appointment Date.
Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;
Public-private partnership means an arrangement or agreement, occurring on or after January 1, 2017, between a procurement unit and one or more contractors to provide for a public need through the development or operation of a project in which the contractor or
JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.
Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.
Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).
Private Hire Vehicle means a licensed vehicle constructed or adapted to seat fewer than nine passengers, other than a hackney carriage or public service vehicle, which is provided for hire with the services of a driver for the purpose of carrying passengers
CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.
Security Parties means each Borrower, each Guarantor, each Chargor, and any other person (other than a Manager or Charterer) who may at any time during the Facility Period be liable for, or provide security for, all or any part of the Indebtedness, and "Security Party" means any one of them.
Restricted Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15(a).
Public entity means the State of Arkansas, or a political subdivision of the state, including all boards, commissions, agencies, institutions, authorities, and bodies politic and corporate of the state, created by or in accordance with state law or regulations, and does include colleges, universities, a statewide public employee retirement system, and institutions in Arkansas as well as units of local and municipal government.
Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.
CCR means the California Code of Regulations.
Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.
Group Member Agreement means the partnership agreement of any Group Member, other than the Partnership, that is a limited or general partnership, the limited liability company agreement of any Group Member that is a limited liability company, the certificate of incorporation and bylaws or similar organizational documents of any Group Member that is a corporation, the joint venture agreement or similar governing document of any Group Member that is a joint venture and the governing or organizational or similar documents of any other Group Member that is a Person other than a limited or general partnership, limited liability company, corporation or joint venture, as such may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
