Privileged Relation definition

Privileged Relation means, in relation to a Shareholder who is an individual member, a spouse, Civil Partner, child or grandchild (including step or adopted or illegitimate children and their issue);
Privileged Relation in relation to an individual means his or her spouse and any relative of such individual with a common ancestor up to the fourth degree (including adopted children who have been adopted as a minor and step-children who have acquired that relationship with such individual or with any such relative as a minor) and any spouse of any such relative.
