Produced Copper definition

Produced Copper means any and all copper in whatever form or state that is mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from the Stream Properties, including:

  • Seller shall not sell and deliver to Purchaser the physical Refined Copper resulting from Produced Copper.

  • The Seller acknowledges and agrees that any copper, gold or silver derived from a “Copper Deposit” (as defined in the Molejon Agreement) located on the Molejon Sub-Concession shall be considered Produced Copper, Produced Gold or Produced Silver for purposes of this Agreement, and together with any related infrastructure, facilities or other assets of the Seller used in connection with the Development or operation thereof, shall form part of the Project.

  • Section 2.1 (a) is hereby amended by deleting the final period and replacing it with the following language: and an amount of Refined Copper equal to the Designated Percentage of Produced Copper, free and clear of all Encumbrances.

Related to Produced Copper

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;

  • Cannabis concentrate means cannabis that has undergone a process to concentrate one or more active cannabinoids, thereby increasing the product’s potency. Resin from granular trichomes from a cannabis plant is a concentrate for purposes of this division. A cannabis concentrate is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Concentrate means the product of a process of extraction of metal or a metallic mineral from mineral ore that results in substantial enrichment of the metal or metallic mineral concerned;

  • Blendstock means and includes any petroleum product component of motor fuel, such as naphtha, reformate, or toluene; or any oxygenate that can be blended for use in a motor fuel.

  • Other Minerals means sulphur, lignite, coal, uranium, thorium, iron, geothermal steam, water, carbon dioxide, helium and all other minerals, ores or substances of value whether or not generally produced from a wellbore in conjunction with the production of oil and gas.
