Produced Fluids definition

Produced Fluids means those fluids produced or generated during the crude oil production and separation process and shall include crude oil, crude oil bottom sediment and shall include all waters regardless of chloride content associated with production of oil and or gas.

  • All Crude Oil Tank Batteries, Oil Well Produced Fluids Storage Tanks and Gas Well Produced Fluids Storage Tanks shall be surrounded by containment dikes or such other structure as may be appropriate under the circumstances, as approved by the Director to prevent waste, protect life, health or property, unless an exception is granted by the Commission following notice and hearing.

  • Produced water means water extracted from the earth from an oil or natural gas production well, or that is separated from oil or natural gas after extraction.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Medical marijuana concentrate means a specific subset of Medical Marijuana that was produced by extracting cannabinoids from Medical Marijuana.   • Kerosene means all grades of kerosene, including, but not limited to, the 2 grades of kerosene, No. 1-K and No. 2-K, commonly known as K-1 kerosene and K-2 kerosene respectively, described in American society for testing and materials specifications D-3699, in effect on January 1, 1999, and kerosene-type jet fuel described in American society for testing and materials specification D-1655 and military specifications MIL-T-5624r and MIL-T-83133d (grades jp-5 and jp-8), and any successor internal revenue service rules or regulations, as the specification for kerosene and kerosene-type jet fuel. Kerosene does not include an excluded liquid.

  • Tailings means material rejected from a mill after most of the valuable minerals have been extracted.

  • Produced means produced, manufactured, mined, handled, or in any other manner worked on in any State; and for the purposes of this chapter an employee shall be deemed to have been engaged in the production of goods if such employee was employed in producing, manufacturing, mining, handling, transporting, or in any other manner working on such goods, or in any closely related process or occupation directly essential to the production thereof, in any State.

  • Nitrogen oxides means nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide, expressed as nitrogen dioxide (NO2);

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by eight hundred seventy-seven thousandths plus the percentage of weight of tetrahydrocannabinol.

  • Diluent means liquid light hydrocarbons with an API gravity at sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit of forty-five (45) degrees or higher which are naturally occurring petroleum or atmospherically stable products of refining and fractionation, gas well condensates or gas plant condensates (natural gas liquids), or any material acceptable for delivery to BP Pipelines (North America) Inc. pipeline at Black Oak Junction in Gary, Indiana.

  • Irradiation means the exposure of a living being or matter to ionizing radiation.

  • Automobile or watercraft transporters means any tractor truck, lowboy, vehicle, or combination,

  • Diesel means a distillate oil which can be used as fuel for the operation of a compression ignition engine and which has an approximate boiling temperature of between 150 °C to 400 °C;

  • Aviation gasoline means fuel designed for use in the operation of aircraft other than jet aircraft,

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Explosives (1) means solid, liquid or gaseous substances or mixtures of substances which, in their application as primary, booster, or main charges in warheads, demolition and other applications, are required to detonate.

  • Blendstock means and includes any petroleum product component of motor fuel, such as naphtha, reformate, or toluene; or any oxygenate that can be blended for use in a motor fuel.

  • Low-solids coating means a coating containing 0.12 kilogram or less of solids per liter (one pound or less of solids per gallon) of coating material.
