Producer Fees definition

Producer Fees means fees or expenses payable or due to the Producer, including production overheads.
Producer Fees means the fees established by CESA that are charged to its members to pay for the operation of the CESA Program;
Producer Fees means those fees paid by the Operator for the right to retransmit programming.

  • Producer Fees and Corporate Overhead For production budgets equal to or less than $500,000, the combined producer fees & corporate overhead will be capped at a maximum of 30% of the combined production and post-production budget.
