Product Reporting Rights definition

Product Reporting Rights means the exclusive right to report sole ownership of the Product to any Certification Authority, GIS, Administrator, Governmental Authority or other party, including under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, or under any present or future Applicable Program.

  • By transferring a Product in a Transaction, Seller transfers any and all, and the exclusive, right to use that Product in any Applicable Program, whether or not the Product Order specifies that the Product is eligible for a particular Applicable Program, and whether or not the particular Product or any Environmental Attribute therein constitutes property, as well as any and all Product Reporting Rights.
