Production Payment Documents definition

Production Payment Documents means, with respect to a Transaction, the Conveyance and the Production and Delivery Agreement applicable to such Transaction.
Production Payment Documents means this Agreement and the Related Agreements.
Production Payment Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(c).

  • This Supplement and the other Current Supplement Documents are Production Payment Documents, and all provisions in the Purchase Agreement pertaining to Production Payment Documents (including the arbitration provisions of Section 6.9 of the Purchase Agreement) apply hereto and thereto.

Production Payment Documents has the meaning given such term in the Purchase Agreement.
Production Payment Documents means this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement Supplements, the Conveyance, the Conveyance Supplements, the Partial Releases, the Guaranty, the Sales Agreements, and each certificate, agreement, document, or instrument now or hereafter delivered to Grantee or Agent in connection with any thereof by or on behalf of Grantor, John X. Xxxxxxx, xx TEC.
Production Payment Documents means the Conveyance, the Conveyance Supplements, the Purchase Agreement, the Purchase Agreement Supplements and any other document or agreement executed in connection with such agreements, as each from time to time hereafter may be modified, supplemented or amended.
Production Payment Documents means, collectively, the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Conveyance, the Production and Marketing Agreement, the Parent Guaranty Agreement, this Deed of Trust and each other agreement, instrument, certificate or other document at any time made or given by Grantor with or to Beneficiary in connection with the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Conveyance, the Production and Marketing Agreement, the Parent Guaranty or this Deed of Trust, including all supplements and amendments to and restatements of any of the foregoing.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);
