Proficient Teacher definition

Proficient Teacher means accreditation at the Proficient Teacher level under the

Proficient Teacher means an Early Childhood Teacher who:
Proficient Teacher means a teacher who has obtained accreditation at the level of Proficient Teacher under the National Professional Standards for Teachers and includes accreditation at the level of professional competency under the professional teaching standards approved by the Minister for Education NSW pursuant to the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004 (NSW).

Proficient Teacher shall be deemed to include a Teacher who has more than two years of service and was not required by XXXXXX or TQI to obtain Proficient Teacher accreditation or registration because he or she was an existing teacher in NSW in 2004 or in the ACT in 2011 Professional Excellence means the level of competence achieved by a Teacher who is accredited at Highly Accomplished Teacher level under the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004 (NSW) or the ACT Teacher Quality Institute Act 2010 (ACT) and has been assessed by ISTAA as meeting the ISTAA Professional Excellence standards. Provisionally Accredited Teacher means a Teacher as defined by the Teacher Accreditation Act (2004) NSW.

  • Trainer means a dentist whose name is included in sub-part A of the first part of the dental list who employs a trainee as an assistant in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Determination;

  • Graduate means a person who has obtained a degree from a higher education institution or possesses qualifications determined by the Director-General to be equivalent to such a degree.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
