Program Bonds definition

Program Bonds means New Issue Bonds and Bank Bonds.
Program Bonds means, collectively, the single-family mortgage revenue bonds and/or multifamily mortgage revenue bonds issued by the HFA and identified in Schedule B to the Placement Agreement.
Program Bonds means the bonds issued pursuant to the Series 2009A Supplemental Indenture, and includes Series 2009A Bonds and Series 2009A Bonds which have been Converted to a Subsequent Series of Bonds.

  • Redemptions of Program Bonds may be made without premium or penalty.

  • When covered by issuance of Program Bonds used to make subsidized loan, a reserve of 40% to 50% is funded from Equity and additional Program Bonds are used to make pooled loan at a market rate.

  • The benefits described in the Contract are conditioned on timely payments bythe Commonwealth on the Related Program Bonds.

More Definitions of Program Bonds

Program Bonds has the meaning given to that term in the Uniform Loss Sharing Attachment.
Program Bonds means, with respect to a Series of Bonds, the Related Bonds, if any, specified as such in the Related Series Indenture.
Program Bonds means, collectively, (i) single-family mortgage revenue bonds and/or multifamily mortgage revenue bonds issued to the GSEs by the HFAs in exchange for the GSE Securities under the New Issue Bond Program and (ii) any Release Bonds accepted by the Administrator pursuant to Section 5(c) of this Agreement.
Program Bonds means the 2009 Series A Bonds, and any associated sub-series of such Bonds, authorized to be issued pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Supplemental Indenture and Section2.1 of this Appendix, and includes Pre-Conversion Bonds and Converted Bonds.
Program Bonds means the Program Bonds authorized to be issued pursuant to Section2.5 of the General Indenture and Section 2.1 of the Series Indenture, and includes Pre-Conversion Bonds and Converted Bonds.
Program Bonds means the Program Bonds authorized to be issued pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Series 2009 A Supplemental Indenture and Section 2.1 of this Appendix A, and includes Pre-Conversion Bonds and Converted Bonds.
