Program Bonds definition

Program Bonds means New Issue Bonds and Bank Bonds.
Program Bonds means those certain single-family or multifamily mortgage revenue bonds issued by the HFAs and identified in Schedule B to the Placement Agreements. 4
Program Bonds means the bonds issued pursuant to the Series 2009A Supplemental Indenture, and includes Series 2009A Bonds and Series 2009A Bonds which have been Converted to a Subsequent Series of Bonds.

Examples of Program Bonds in a sentence

  • Available Balance: Approximately annually, this account is fully depleted to make payments on Program Bonds.

  • Pursuant to the financing indentures, the Authority may use these funds if the Reserve Grant Account were insufficient to pay outstanding Program Bonds.

  • While funds held in these Equity accounts are not pledged to the payment of Program Bonds, the SRF Program Representative may, but is not required to, direct that they be used to pay Program Bonds.

More Definitions of Program Bonds

Program Bonds has the meaning given to that term in the Uniform Loss Sharing Attachment.
Program Bonds means, with respect to a Series of Bonds, the Related Bonds, if any, specified as such in the Related Series Indenture.
