Program Order definition

Program Order means Order Establishing Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Make-Ready Program and Other Programs issued in Case 18-E-0138 by the New York Public Service Commission on July 16, 2020

  • Unless specifically agreed to otherwise in the Program Order, payment of all fees related to the Coaching Program are due in full and are non-refundable.

More Definitions of Program Order

Program Order means the “Order Implementing Immediate Solutions” issued by the State of New York Public Service Commission in Case 22-E-0236 on November 20, 2023.
Program Order means each order schedule presented to you upon completion of the Qualification Process for each Program through the Services or the invoice or order/payment confirmation furnished to you at the time of each renewal for such Program, as applicable.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice means a practice of pharmacy whereby one or
