Prescription drug order means a lawful order of a practitioner for a drug or device for a specific patient that is communicated to a pharmacist.
Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:
Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means a Marketing Authorization Application, Biologics License Application or similar application, as applicable, and all amendments and supplements thereto, submitted to the FDA, or any equivalent filing in a country or regulatory jurisdiction other than the U.S. with the applicable Regulatory Authority, to obtain marketing approval for a pharmaceutical or diagnostic product, in a country or in a group of countries.
Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.
Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.
Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
