Program Product definition

Program Product means programs, routines, subroutines, and related items which are proprietary to the Contractor and which are licensed to the State for its use, usually on the basis of separately stated charges and appropriate contractual provisions.
Program Product means all pharmaceutical preparations or products in any dosage form containing a Licensed Antibody as the sole active pharmaceutical ingredient or in combination with other active ingredients. The Licensed Antibodies are listed in Schedule 1(a);
Program Product means any pharmaceutical product which results during the Research Term [ * ] from research conducted with respect to a Program Compound. Each Program Product shall be deemed to include all indications, formulations, line extensions or modes of administration thereof.

Program Product means the architectural paint included in the Program, and defined as interior and exterior architectural coatings sold in containers of five gallons or less, but does not mean industrial, original equipment, or specialty coatings under Section 2(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, and as further described in the Program Plan.
