Program Property definition

Program Property means and refer to all real and personal property purchased or acquired with Program Funds.
Program Property means each of the following with respect to each computer program listed as an Item of Program Property on Exhibit 1 (a): the computer program object and source code, the Documentation, and all Updates and other modifications to the object or source code that are provided by Epic to You pursuant to this Agreement.
Program Property means (a) the Equipment, and (b) all relevant licenses and rights to the Equipment and the Software (excluding Operator Non-Basic Function Software).

More Definitions of Program Property

Program Property means any and all property, real, personal or otherwise, tangible or intangible, which is transferred, conveyed or paid to the Program and all income, profits and gains therefrom and which, at such time, is owned or held by, for the account of the Program.
Program Property means (a) subject to the provision of Section 5.9(f), the cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery programs, activities and business of CHN which prior to the date hereof have been conducted in Tucson, Arizona at its St. Josexx xxx St. Mary Xxxpitals, including without limitation, all goodwill associated therewith, the rights to provide such services pursuant to managed care contracts to which CHN or the Hospitals are parties, which rights shall be promptly assigned or subcontracted to the Company subject to obtaining any required consents thereto from such managed care providers which consents CHN shall diligently use its best efforts to obtain, (b) the right to hire CHN's employees who are currently employed in providing such services and the right to use the name "Carondelet" in connection with the Hospital in a manner reasonably approved by CHN, and (c) CHN's agreement to the terms of Section 5.9(b) hereof, the value of which is agreed to equal Nine Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Four Dollars ($966,364.00).

Program Property means, for each Item, the Code, Documentation, Updates, and other modifications provided to You under this Agreement and described as included in the Item’s Documentation Manuals. If You would like to license additional functionality, additional fees will apply.
