Project Buildings definition

Project Buildings means each of the buildings currently located on the Land, and all other improvements or buildings now or hereafter located on the Land, as the same may be improved or expanded from time to time, and including all building service equipment and other fixtures incorporated therein or attached thereto.

Examples of Project Buildings in a sentence

  • Tenant expressly acknowledges that Landlord has no duty to relet the Premises, that Landlord may offer all or any part of the Premises for any period, to any tenant and for any use which Landlord may elect, and that Landlord may offer for lease any vacant space in the Project Buildings prior to offering the Premises for lease.

  • The rentable square footage of the Premises, Building and other Project Buildings (the “Rentable Area”) has been agreed upon by the parties hereto to be those respective square footage amounts listed in Article I above.

  • In the event Landlord elects or is required by any law to limit or control parking at the Building, Project Buildings, or the Project, whether by validation of parking tickets or any other method of assessment, Tenant agrees to participate, at no cost to Tenant, in such validation or assessment program under such reasonable rules and regulations as are from time to time established by Landlord.

More Definitions of Project Buildings

Project Buildings means the building or buildings constituting the Project, located on the Land.
Project Buildings means the buildings located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 known as River Trace Apartments, which will be acquired and owned by the Borrower.
Project Buildings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Authority Lease. Said buildings are part of the Subleased Premises hereunder.
Project Buildings means all improvements located on the Land and all equipment, machinery, personal property and other facilities and other buildings in connection therewith, including all enlargements, improvements, extensions, additions and accessions thereto.
Project Buildings means the Rock Island Passenger Depot Building, Rock Island Baggage Depot Building, and Grand Hotel Building.

Related to Project Buildings

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located.   • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.
