Examples of Project Buildings in a sentence
Tenant expressly acknowledges that Landlord has no duty to relet the Premises, that Landlord may offer all or any part of the Premises for any period, to any tenant and for any use which Landlord may elect, and that Landlord may offer for lease any vacant space in the Project Buildings prior to offering the Premises for lease.
The Premises, the Project Buildings and appurtenances described herein, including Common Area (defined below), and all other improvements at Pacific Shores Center together with the land on which the same are located are together designated as the project (“Project”).
Such Cost Pools shall include, but shall not be limited to, the office space tenants of a particular Project Building or Project Buildings.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Lessee shall not be responsible for any cost or expense pertaining solely to another Project Building, except for costs or expenses pertaining to any Project Buildings which provide amenities for the Project or any Project Building in which Lessee is a tenant.
The Cost Pool for Project-wide Operating Expenses may include costs to maintain, repair and replace the Outside Areas (including the landscaping, sprinkler systems, driveways, curbs, sidewalks, lighting, and utilities expenses), the cost of security for the Outside Areas, the management of the Outside Areas and the premiums and costs of insurance covering the entire Project shall be allocated based on the rentable square footage of all Project Buildings within the Project.
Nothing contained in this Lease shall authorize Tenant to do any act which shall subject Landlord’s title to the Project, Buildings or Premises to any liens or encumbrances whether claimed by operation of law or express or implied contract.
The rentable square footage of the Premises, Building and other Project Buildings (the “Rentable Area”) has been agreed upon by the parties hereto to be those respective square footage amounts listed in Article I above.
In the event Landlord elects or is required by any law to limit or control parking at the Building, Project Buildings, or the Project, whether by validation of parking tickets or any other method of assessment, Tenant agrees to participate, at no cost to Tenant, in such validation or assessment program under such reasonable rules and regulations as are from time to time established by Landlord.
The Premises, the Project Buildings, and appurtenances thereto that are described herein, including the Common Area (as defined below), and all other improvements situated within the office campus, together with the land, parking structure, and improvements are located, which are together designated as the “Project” for the purposes of this Lease.
Tenant shall keep the Project, Buildings and Premises free from any liens or encumbrances arising out of the work performed, materials furnished or obligations incurred by or on behalf of Tenant, and shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, judgments or costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of same or in connection therewith.
