Other Buildings. In the event any facilities, services or utilities used in connection with the Buildings are provided from another building owned or operated by Landlord or vice versa, the costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the operation of the Buildings shall be allocated to Operating Expenses by Landlord on a reasonably equitable basis, subject to the terms of existing covenants and restrictions encumbering the Property.
Other Buildings. The definition of “Other Buildings” set forth in Article 1 of the Lease is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: Other Buildings: (a) That certain building currently constructed in the Project`(but outside the Property) with a street address of 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Building D”), containing approximately 245,830 rentable square feet of space, Amendment No. 2 to Building E Lease and, for purposes of this Lease, agreed to contain said number of rentable square feet; and
Other Buildings. If a building is neither an FmHA-assisted nor a HUD- regulated building, and no tenant in the building receives FmHA tenant as- sistance, the applicable utility allow- ance for rent-restricted units in the building is determined under the fol- lowing methods.
(i) Tenants receiving HUD rental assist- ance. The applicable utility allowance for any rent-restricted units occupied by tenants receiving HUD rental assist- ance payments (HUD tenant assist- ance) is the applicable Public Housing Authority (PHA) utility allowance es- tablished for the Section 8 Existing Housing Program.
Other Buildings. The other buildings comprise of two nos public convenience, Radar Tx building, pump houses and security cabins. The total built up area of the two public convenience is 326sqm. The flooring is laid with vitrified matt finished ceramic tiles and matching dado. The security cabins are self contained measuring 4.5m x 4.5m square. It includes a change room with attached toilet. Kota stone flooring is provided in change room and vitrified matt finished tiles in toilets. The Radar Tx building is 15m in length, 6m in depth and 4.50m high. The building is provided with false floor for housing the electrical equipments. Pump house will be provided on top of the underground water sumps. For all the above structures the external wall will be painted with water proof paint and internal walls with OBD paint.
Other Buildings. Exhibit A indicates the approximate size, shape, and location of the Buildings and parking stalls erected on the site. Lessor reserves the right to alter the size, shape, number, and location of said Buildings, parking stalls when and if it deems such changes necessary.
Other Buildings. The other buildings comprise of the following: Gate houses / security cabins Watch towers Sewage treatment plant Water treatment plant Boundary wall / security fencing Gate houses and security cabins measure 7m x 4m and include a cabin, security office and toilet. Prefabricated units with steel frame structure and aluminium frame partitions shall be used. The watch towers measure 2.5 m x 2.5 m and are 9 m high from surrounding formed ground level. RCC frames structure with RCC slabs shall be provided. Walls shall be 230mm thick. A steel staircase / ladder shall be provided.
Other Buildings. 3.01 School Meals Kitchen School meals kitchen, including drains there from an in conjunction with other drains, Responsibilities the same as 1.00 Buildings
3.02 Dining Hall Dining hall (not also used for teaching) Responsibilities the same as 1.00 Buildings
3.03 Medical Inspection Room Medical inspection room/facilities Responsibilities the same as 1.00 Buildings
Other Buildings. Exhibit “A” indicates the approximate size, shape and location of buildings erected on the Shopping Center. Lessor reserves the right to alter the size shape, number and location of said buildings (other than the Demised Premises) when and if it deems such changes are necessary. Lessor shall not lease or permit the construction or addition of any improvements in the parking area or other common areas of the Shopping Center that would in any way interfere with the operation of Lessee’s business or affect Lessee’s customers, visibility of Lessee’s signs from any streets or roadway traffic that now exists, and further construction or improvements shall not be allowed that would interfere with the Lessee’s customers’ ingress or egress or that would interfere with the ability of Lessee’s customers’ vendors to park in places convenient to Lessee’s building improvement. Such “no-build” areas include those marked on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and identified in blue.
Other Buildings. If a building is neither an RHS-assisted nor a HUD- regulated building, and no tenant in the building receives RHS tenant as- sistance, the applicable utility allow- ance for rent-restricted units in the building is determined under the fol- lowing methods.
