AUTHORITY LEASE means the Lease, dated as of October 1, 1996, between the Tolexx-Xxxxx Xxxnty Port Authority, as lessor, and Lessee, as lessee, as amended by the First Supplemental Lease, dated as of April 1, 1997, between National City Bank, as trustee, as lessor (as assignee of all of the lessor's rights from the Tolexx-Xxxxx Xxxnty Port Authority), relating to certain real and personal property located at 14710 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Ohio 43416; REPORTABLE EVENT shall mean an event described in section 4043 of ERISA or the regulations thereunder with respect to a Plan, other than those events as to which the notice requirement is waived under the PBGC Regulations;
AUTHORITY LEASE means the lease that BART will enter into with” means that certain master ground lease dated as of May 15, 2006 entered into by and between BART and the Authority pursuant to this Agreement, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D.which the Authority is leasing the Lease Property from BART.
AUTHORITY LEASE means that certain Lease and Agreement dated as of June , 2023, between the Authority, as lessor, and the BOCES, as lessee, as it may be from time to time amended, modified and supplemented.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.
