Project Construction Plans definition

Project Construction Plans means the plans and specifications for the Project in sufficient detail for the construction of the Project as the same may be amended and modified from time to time.
Project Construction Plans means the plans, drawings, architectural renderings, elevations, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City as incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit E.

Examples of Project Construction Plans in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Ground Lease and the Capital Lease, the Developer agrees to design, develop and construct the Hotel, the Parking Facility and the Mixed-Use Building on the real estate depicted on the Site Plan, including the City Land and the Developer Land, by constructing the Project substantially in accordance with the Project Construction Plans.

  • An “increase or expansion in scope of the Project” shall mean the addition of or requirement for physical improvements to the Project beyond those contemplated by the Parties as part of the Project or expressly or implicitly included within the Project Construction Plans or other preliminary documents for the Project.

  • The Construction Manager shall be entitled to reasonably rely upon the accuracy and completeness of the information, testing and services provided by the District pursuant to Section 5.2. However, the Construction Manager shall not be entitled to rely upon any such information, testing or services, or on any Project Construction Plans, that, to a reasonable construction manager experienced in construction of school facilities in the State, are obviously inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete.

  • In the event the Construction Manager believes that any such information, testing or service provided pursuant to Section 5.2 is, or any Project Construction Plans are, inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete, the Construction Manager shall promptly provide written notice thereof to the District and the Architect, specifying the basis or bases for such belief.

  • Based on its review of Project Construction Plans or other conceptual plans discussed with the District and the Architect, the Construction Manager, prior to bidding of the Trade Contracts or General Contract, shall estimate the cost to construct the Project (“Estimated Construction Cost”).

  • Except as otherwise provided in any Trade Contracts or other agreements related to the Project, the District shall pay for any structural, mechanical, chemical and other laboratory tests, inspections and reports for the Project that are required during the course of construction by any applicable law, by any applicable permit or approval, or by the Project Construction Plans.

  • NEORSD will ensure that provisions for such protection will be clearly identified on Project Construction Plans.

  • The City agrees to cooperate with the Developer in the development of the Project and agrees not to unreasonably withhold its consent or agreement to modifications to the Project, the Project Construction Plans, the Site Plan or any matter related thereto.

  • No later than thirty (30) days after approval of the Final Site Plan and other materials submitted pursuant to Paragraph 2.1.2 hereof, the Redeveloper shall submit to the City construction plans for the Project ("Construction Plans").

Related to Project Construction Plans

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that the Construction Manager actually and necessarily incurs for General Conditions Costs, Cost of the Work and Construction Manager’s Contingency during the Construction Phase as allowed by this Agreement. Direct Construction Cost does not include Pre-Construction Phase Fees or Construction Phase Fees.

  • Existing construction means any structure for which the "start of construction" commenced before the effective date of the initial floodplain management code or ordinance adopted by the community as a basis for that community's participation in the NFIP.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Acquisition and Construction Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Original construction ’ shall mean the first or initial construction

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • WTO GPA country construction material means a construction material that—

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction and demolition debris means and includes:
