Project EIR definition

Project EIR means the Environmental Impact Report for Candlestick Point – Hunters Point Shipyard Phase II certified by the Planning Commission and Agency Commission on or about the Reference Date, and any subsequent addenda or environmental review approved for the Project.
Project EIR means the Environmental Impact Report for the Project, for which SMWD is the lead agency.
Project EIR. [Guidelines § 15161] means the type of EIR which examines the environmental impacts of a specific development project. It focuses primarily on the changes in the environment that would result from the project including planning, construction, and operation and is the most common type of EIR.

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private

For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
