Project Notice definition

Project Notice means a notice delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.11(a) identifying the applicable Mortgaged Property constituting Undeveloped Land, providing a reasonable description of the applicable Project that the Borrower anticipates in good faith will be undertaken with respect to such Undeveloped Land and identifying the Project Financing to be entered into in connection with the financing of such Project.

Project Notice means a Notice to the Corporation which:-

Project Notice means an Officer’s Certificate delivered to the Collateral Agent identifying the applicable Mortgaged Property constituting Undeveloped Land, providing a reasonable description of the applicable Project that the Company anticipates in good faith will be undertaken with respect to such Undeveloped Land and identifying the Project Financing to be entered into in connection with the financing of such Project.

Project Notice means a notice delivered by a Responsible Officer of a Borrower pursuant to Section 5.11(a) identifying the applicable Mortgaged Property constituting Undeveloped Land, providing a reasonable description of the applicable Project that such Borrower anticipates in good faith will be undertaken with respect to such Undeveloped Land and identifying the Project Financing or Qualified Non-Recourse Debt to be entered into in connection with the financing of such Project.

Project Notice has the meaning given such term in Section 3.8(e)(i).
