Project NTP2 definition

Project NTP2 means a written notice issued by TxDOT to Developer authorizing the Developer to proceed with the portions of the Initial Scope of Work not already authorized by Project NTP1 as set forth in Section 5.1.2 of the Agreement.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL.   • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
