Project Plans and Specifications definition

Project Plans and Specifications means the construction drawings and final specifications prepared by the Project Architect and any changes, supplements, amendments or additions thereto approved by the Owner and CM, which shall also include any construction drawings and final specifications required for the repair or construction of the Project.

Project Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications, construction schedule(s) and construction budget(s) adopted by EDCC for the Project, along with all present and future amendments, modifications, supplements, change orders, and addenda thereto.
