Project Specific Locations definition

Project Specific Locations means areas in which Developer proposes Project-specific activities in connection with the Construction Work not within the Project Right of Way boundaries identified in the NEPA Approval, such as construction work sites, field office locations, temporary work areas, staging areas, storage areas, and earth work material borrow sites.
Project Specific Locations means any additional temporary property interests or rights, other than ROW or Additional Properties, which are not contiguous to the Property, that Design- Build Team may require for performance of the Work, including for temporary activities in connection with the Construction Work, such as construction work sites, temporary work areas, staging areas, storage areas, and earthwork material borrow sites.
Project Specific Locations means areas in which DB Contractor proposes Project-specific activities in connection with the Work not within the Project ROW boundaries identified in the NEPA Approval, such as construction work sites, field office locations, temporary work areas, staging areas, storage areas, and earth work material borrow sites.

  • All Project Right of Way, including Additional Properties other than temporary interests in property for Project Specific Locations, shall be acquired in the name of the State.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;
