Project Steering Committees definition

Project Steering Committees means the committees established by Can Tho, Hai Xxxxx, Ho Chi Minh City and the Province of Nam Xxxx, respectively, in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and a “Project Steering Committee” means any of said Project Steering Committees.
Project Steering Committees means, collectively, the committees established by Can Tho, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City and the Province of Nam Dinh, respectively, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement; and a “Project Steering Committee” means any of said Project Steering Committees.
Project Steering Committees means the Project Steering Committee, established pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1914 dated March 29, 1984, and comprising representatives of various departments and agencies of the Borrower responsible for or involved in the Project;

More Definitions of Project Steering Committees

Project Steering Committees means the committees referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, responsible for providing overall guidance and oversight at the at the federal, regional and Woreda levels.

Related to Project Steering Committees

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
