Promotion Appeal Committee definition

Promotion Appeal Committee means a Promotion Appeal Committee established under Subdivision B of Division 2 of Part II of the Merit Protection Act;

  • Any member of the Tenure and Promotion Appeal Committee must also absent themselves from cases where they may have a conflict of interest.

  • The parties shall cooperate with one another in the preparation of all tax returns, questionnaires, applications or other documents regarding any taxes or transfer, recording, registration or other fees which become payable in connection with the transactions that are required to be filed on or before Closing.
