Promotional and Product Services Related Functions includes: (a) the selling, detailing, marketing, advertising, promoting, or branding of Government Reimbursed Products; and (b) the preparation or dissemination of materials or information about, or the provision of services relating to, Government Reimbursed Products that are distributed in the United States.
Promotional and Product Services Related Functions includes: (a) the promotion, marketing, advertising, and sale of Government Reimbursed Products; (b) the development, preparation, or dissemination of materials or information about, or the provision of services relating to, Government Reimbursed Products; and (c) post- marketing research, development, and publication related activities involving Government Reimbursed Products.
Promotional and Product Services Related Functions includes: (a) the selling, detailing, marketing, advertising, promoting, or branding of Government Reimbursement Products; (b) the development, approval, preparation, or dissemination of materials or information about, or the provision of services relating to, Government Reimbursed Products including those functions relating to review committees and Clinical Affairs; (c) the dissemination of information and/or advice about coding and reimbursement; and (d) contracting with HCPs or HCIs in the United States to be speakers, consultants, or to conduct post-marketing and other clinical studies of Government Reimbursed Products and all other types of post-marketing research, and the authorship, publication, and disclosure of results relating to such studies or research.

  • Any purchase, establishment of a new unit, or sale of a Bayer HealthCare business unit or location that performs Promotional and Product Services Related Functions or performs Government Pricing and Contracting Functions must be reported to OIG, in writing, no later than the date the sale is publicly disclosed.

  • If there are no material changes in Lilly’s systems, processes, policies, and procedures relating to Promotional and Product Services Related Functions, the Promotional and Product Services Systems Review shall be performed for the periods covering the first and fourth Reporting Periods.

  • Orthofix’s commitment to full compliance with all FDA requirements, including its commitment to comply with all requirements relating to Promotional and Product Services Related Functions and to market, sell, promote, research, develop, provide information about, and advertise its products in accordance with Federal health program requirements and FDA requirements.

Related to Promotional and Product Services Related Functions

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.
