Promotional game definition

Promotional game means a drawing, event, contest, or game in which patrons can, without giving consideration, participate or compete for the chance to win a prize or prizes of different values.
Promotional game means the temporary offer to participate in a game, in which the winner is designated by any element of chance and the purpose of which is to encourage the sale of goods or services. Such promotional games shall not include gambling activities which involve wagering a stake with monetary value in games of chance, including lotteries and betting transactions; Such promotional games shall not include TV games and games in the written press where the persons taking part in the operation make a payment or consideration.
Promotional game means the temporary offer to participate in a game, in which the winner is designated primarily by chance and no fee is required to participate and where participation is not subject to a prior obligation to purchase or to order the provision of a service.
