PromptPay Service definition

PromptPay Service or this ”Service” means the service of electronic fund transfer or other deposit account-related transactions to be offered in the future provided by using the identification number, mobile phone number or any other data to be determined in the future. When the Applicant registers and links up the Applicant’s deposit account with this Service, the system will keep the registration data to support the provision of electronic money transfer service or any other account- related transactions to be offered in the future.
PromptPay Service means electronic transaction services with reference to identification number, tax identification number, mobile phone number, numerical number or any other identifier as may be later specified.
PromptPay Service means financial transaction services as specified by the Bank or other financial institutions or the relevant government agencies, that identify PromptPay number instead of the Applicant’s account number which is binding with PromptPay as the Applicant has registered. In this regard, the Applicant agrees to use PromptPay Service with Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") having details specified by the Bank whereby the Applicant agrees to be bound by and perform the following terms and conditions:

Examples of PromptPay Service in a sentence

  • The Bank may suspend or cancel the use of PromptPay Service immediately and the Applicant has no claim for damages in the following events.

  • Any use of service via PromptPay Service must be done and instructed by the Applicant until completion.

  • The Applicant agrees and acknowledges that if the number of the deposit account linked with PromptPay Service is changed due to whatever cause, the application for PromptPay Service filed with the Bank shall continue to bind such deposit account whose number is changed with immediate effect in all respects with no need for the Applicant to file a new application.

  • If the Bank is unable to debit the Transferred Funds from the relevant Customer's Account, the Bank shall not be obliged to provide the SMART Credit Service and PromptPay Service in respect of the relevant Customer's Account.

  • The Applicant agrees and acknowledges that, unless exclusively stipulated under the terms and conditions hereof, the use of this Service shall not result in any cancellation, termination or alteration of any rights and obligations of the Applicant and the Bank under the general terms and conditions for use of the Bank’s services and the opening of the deposit account linked with PromptPay Service.

  • The Applicant certifies that the information stated in this application for PromptPay Service is correct, true and valid; and is up to date for the application of this Service.

  • The Applicant is entitled to cancel PromptPay Service or the use of the identification number and/or mobile phone number and the Applicant’s deposit account linked with the PromptPay System at any time by notifying the Bank according to the method and conditions determined by the Bank.

  • It is the duty of the Applicant to notify the cancellation of PromptPay Service when the Applicant closes the deposit account, changes/cancels the mobile phone number and/or other data registered with this Service, or does not use or transfers the use or changes the user of the mobile phone number registered with this Service.

  • In addition, should there be any of the following events, the Bank is entitled to immediately suspend or cancel the PromptPay Service.

More Definitions of PromptPay Service

PromptPay Service or the “Service” means PromptPay with Reference to Any ID Service which is for funds transfer via electronic means with reference to Any ID, and upon registration of any such number or identifier with a deposit account, such registration will be recorded by the system for the purpose of receiving funds transfer.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Adult day services means adult day services as defined in section 231D.1.

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information.   • Provider Service means a Provider’s hosted online services (if any) as described in the Solution Exhibit which is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet as part of the BPO Service. A Provider Platform Application shall be considered a Provider Service.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Mental health services provider means an individual, licensed or unlicensed, who performs or purports to perform mental health services, including a:
