Property Release Amount definition

Property Release Amount. In connection with any proposed Property Release, the sum of: (A) an amount sufficient to cure any Borrowing Base Shortfall, an LTV Ratio in excess of 70% or a Trigger Event, if any, immediately after giving effect to such release, (B) an amount equal to the applicable Release Premium (together with the amount described in Clause (A), the “Reduction Amount”), (C) the unpaid interest on the Reduction Amount through the related date of prepayment, calculated at the applicable Interest Rate and (D) all unpaid fees or unreimbursed costs with respect to the Facility, to the extent relating to the portion of the Advances Outstanding to be repaid. For the purpose of clause (A) above, the Debt Service Coverage Ratio, the Debt Yield Ratio and the Portfolio Delinquency Amount shall be as determined for the most recently ended Measurement Quarter, and recalculated to exclude items included in the Annualized Net Cash Flow attributable to the Property for which the Property Release Amount is calculated.
Property Release Amount. With respect to any Eligible Property and a Conveyance thereof, an amount equal to the greater of (a) the related Prepayment Amount and (b) the Conveyance Proceeds for such Eligible Property.

More Definitions of Property Release Amount

Property Release Amount means the amount by which Base Rent is to be reduced in connection with any Property Release, with the amounts for each Individual Property more particularly described on Schedule 21.27 attached hereto.

Related to Property Release Amount

  • Release Amount means, for a Property, the following applicable amount together with any other amounts specified in Section 2.4.4:

  • Release Price As defined in Section 4.5(a).

  • Release Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the Excess Overcollateralized Amount.

  • Released Mortgaged Property Proceeds As to any Mortgage Loan, proceeds received by the Servicer in connection with (a) a taking of an entire Mortgaged Property by exercise of the power of eminent domain or condemnation or (b) any release of part of the Mortgaged Property from the lien of the related Mortgage, whether by partial condemnation, sale or otherwise, which are not released to the Mortgagor in accordance with applicable law and mortgage servicing standards the Servicer would use in servicing mortgage loans for its own account and this Agreement.

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Servicing Base Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.
