Proposal Submission Process definition

Proposal Submission Process means the process (described in Section 5.3 of the Main Body) for the submission of Bidder proposals and required documents to ESI in this RFP.
Proposal Submission Process means the web-based process whereby Bidders access the RFP Web Portal to complete Proposal Submission Forms, as further discussed in Appendix D of this RFP.
Proposal Submission Process means the process Bidders are required to follow to submit proposals into the RFP and that is otherwise applicable to such proposals, as set out in the Main Body.

Examples of Proposal Submission Process in a sentence

  • Bidders who fail to complete the electronic Bidder Registration Process via the RFP Web Portal and pay the required Proposal Submittal Fee per registered proposal by the deadline specified below will be precluded from the Proposal Submission Process, because this process will be the sole means by which a Bidder receives a unique Bidder Identification Number and Proposal Identification Number(s), as further explained below.

  • Bidder IDs, Resource IDs, and Proposal IDs will be used by Bidders in the Proposal Submission Process and in connection with the evaluation of proposal information received by ESI.

Related to Proposal Submission Process

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of breakage provisions, and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of such Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Responsive Bidder or Offeror means a person who submits a bid or proposal which conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bids or request for proposals.
