Proposed Customer definition

Proposed Customer means any person, company and/or business named as the applicant in any Application which is subject to PERI’s approval and acceptance.
Proposed Customer is defined in Section 4.1(a).
Proposed Customer means a potential Customer (and “Proposed Customers” shall be construed accordingly
