Proposed Rules definition

Proposed Rules has the meaning given such term in Section 3.4(c)(i).
Proposed Rules for an association means the rules the association proposes will become its rules on its incorporation under this Act.
Proposed Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(a) hereof.
