Voltage of Delivery means the voltage at which the Electricity generated by the Project is required to be delivered at 11 / 22 kV level substation of MSEDCL.
Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.
Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;
Time of Delivery shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(c).

Place(s) of Delivery means the location(s) or place(s) where the Goods are to be delivered, as specified in the ‘SHIP TO’ named field of the IITK Purchase Order.

Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date, to and including a day that is three (3) Business Days following the date that is 14 calendar days after the Scheduled Termination Date.
