Protocol of Delivery definition

Protocol of Delivery means a protocol of delivery in the form of Exhibit I to the EPC Contract acknowledging delivery of the FPSO by the EPC Contractor and acceptance thereof by the Borrower.
Protocol of Delivery means the protocol of delivery and acceptance of the Vessel to be signed by the Leasing Company and the Shipbuilder referred to in Article VIII (Delivery Date and Delivery) of the Shipbuilding Contract.
Protocol of Delivery. (also referred to as “PoD”) shall mean the document, as attached in Appendix 10, provided by T-Mobile to ELEPHANT TALK following the Soft Launch for the purpose of accepting the Hosting Services by ELEPHANT TALK.
