Examples of Prototype Acceptance in a sentence

  • Upon IBM’s receipt of Customer’s written Prototype Acceptance of the Prototype design revision upon which the Risk Product was manufactured, such Risk Product shall be deemed to be Product and will be warranted as set forth in Section 8.1.1 above.

Related to Prototype Acceptance

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Prototype means a first model or design that has not been produced in batches, and from which the finished cosmetic product is copied or finally developed.
