Prototype Acceptance means Customer's written approval that Customer is satisfied with its Prototype qualification results and its evaluation process has demonstrated (by lot number) which Prototypes are satisfactory to Customer. Prototype Acceptance will serve as Customer's authorization to IBM to manufacture the Product in production.

Related to Prototype Acceptance
