Rendering Services definition

Rendering Services means any of the following activities, whether done directly or through others, whether done in person or through telephonic, electronic, or some other means of communication, and whether done as a principal, director, officer, agent, employee, contractor or consultant: (1) performing any kind of services or duties related to Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management; (2) managing, selling, marketing or brokering Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management services; (3) developing, managing or otherwise handling data or information concerning potential or actual acquisitions of businesses that engage in Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management; (4) participating in any decision, or developing or implementing any strategy, to acquire such businesses; (5) formulating, reviewing or implementing marketing, sales, financial or operational strategies related to Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management; (6) conducting or reviewing cost benefit analysis on actual or proposed projects related to Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management; or (7) performing any functions that are the same as, or substantially similar to, the duties Executive performed under Article 2 of this Agreement.
Rendering Services means performing any kind of services or duties related to Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management, including performing any functions that are the same as, or substantially similar to, the duties the Executive performed under Section 2 of this Agreement, whether done directly or through others, whether done in person or through telephonic, electronic, or some other means of communication, and whether done as a principal, director, officer, agent, employee, contractor or consultant.
Rendering Services means commercial activities carried on in connection with the business purpose of the vehicle, such as making deliveries, service calls, accepting articles for removal or delivery, and related commercial activities.

Rendering Services or “Service(s)”: means any and all services provided by RANCH COMPUTING in the process of generating a single or multiple computer images from a scene using computer processing power called the “RANCH”.
