  • Company Meeting means the special meeting of Company Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement of such special meeting in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement Agreement;

  • Register of Directors and Officers means the Register of Directors and Officers referred to in these Bye-laws;

  • adjourned meeting means the meeting to which a meeting is adjourned under Article 8.6 or 8.9;
